I sent Chalky for her sterilization last tue and sent Bella down today. Both Chalky and Bella started eating and drinking within minutes of coming home so that was fab. What were their first foods? Treats! Lol. Gave them some of the mix first before giving them their pellets. Chalky’s activity level was back to her usual by the next day. Bella was normal from the minute we picked her up.
On the ride home, she was busy ripping apart the newspaper in her carrier. ROTFL. When I placed her back into her enclosure, she immediately started giving me “the look” and asking for treats. Oh well, she ignored her pellets so I gave her some treats. After a few small treat pieces, she dug into her pellets.
Bella is one of the most expressive bunnies I have. However, she is also one of the most independent and I call her my wild child. I’m hoping the op will tame her character by a little and restore her to the little sweet thing she used to be. Hahahaha
Reminds me of the time Toffee when for the op too. Ate treats first before pellets and hay when she came back from the vet. But she hated the sight of Hugs and Tugs though.
Haa I must tell you that Andora’s spay didn’t tame her one bit. It only stopped her from peeing on random spots on the floor — she still does pee on my bed very regularly because of anger or jealousy. Hee, you know how she’s gone naughtier everyday.
Thats because she is spoilt rotten!!! Hahahaha.( As you and I know all too well. LOL)

Eeeeeeee. Yeah… She peed on my bed again last night. She smelt buckwheat again. I already gave her a few hours ago so I didn’t think it mattered (Sushi hasn’t finished hers in her bowl, so Andora smelt it).
Man, my dad gives Andora so much treats! He thinks that she’s really hungry if she is so desperately begging. Andora’s just trying to con some treats! So much pellets and hay around. Haa, I’m not the one who spoils her the most.
